Ethan was an excellent salesman, was able to answer all of our questions to make sure we were getting what we wanted for our driveway and sidewalk. The lead time on the project was shorter than expected and when the day came Josh the foreman had everything well organized and planned, and the whole project was done in a day. What a great company. They are very busy but was able to fit me in. They resurfaced the driveway and put an extension on. What a great crew and made sure everything was done perfect. I recommend them to anyone looking for a driveway project. The original project was excellent but when they were called this year back in May was told they would schedule it mid June. Had Premier put in a new asphalt driveway last October. There were a couple spots I wanted addressed but nothing major. As it was approaching winter and getting cooler, Josh offered to seal coat it in the spring once the weather broke. As promised, they just came out to coat it and it looks fantastic. A few months ago we replaced a wooden deck with a concrete patio using Premier (see photos). When I called Premier, I spoke with Ethan, who gave an honest answer of, 'It will be most likely 6 weeks, depending on weather.' Six weeks was the best estimate we received (other companies said months, some didn't even call back, and one in particular put us on a waitlist to just get an estimate...). My father used to own a concrete company for 30+ years (retired), so I knew what to expect with pricing and timelines. For a 400sqft patio (20ft x 20ft), with 3 steps, Premier's price was competitive, and within my expectation. After 8 weeks, I gave Ethan a call, he came over and discussed our layout. An example of great customer service: Ethan was very honest when I asked if we could change the original plan of 2 steps, to 3 steps. He said the cost from the original quote may change (which i expecTed), but he would discuss with the owner and get back to me. The next day the crew was in the backyard removing the old concrete steps (previous owners covered with a deck...), removing some earth, establishing grade, and framing. The patio was poured within a few days. It looks really good! My father gave it a thumbs up. Most importantly, my wife is happy! For those thinking about having work done, I would recommend Premier. Some tips for success: 1. Have your measurements ready. Having a rough estimate of the size of your project will help Premier determine the best quote for your project. 2. Don't hesitate to give them a call to reconnect if you don't hear from them for awhile. Rain is bad...It will cause delays. Sooo, when you get a 6 week estimate, and then it rains for 2 weeks, you can expect the job to be delayed 2 weeks. 3. Expect to plant some new grass. Premier did an excellent job on our expanded driveway. We now fit 3 cars across, and I have increased the value of my house. They sealed it upon completion, so I'm happy to no longer have to coat an old, cracking asphalt drive ever again. Ethan and Josh were very professional.

I recently selected Premier Asphalt and Concrete to remove my previously damaged concrete driveway, sidewalk and porch last week in Powell, OH and replace with new concrete, which was the best decision I have made since I purchased my home.  Josh was very polite, considerate and understanding with my ideas of having a driveway, sidewalk and porch that was designed to last years and a vision of architectural layout that no other concrete company in central Ohio was able to match with price, professionalism and skill.  No other concrete company in central Ohio was able or willing to complete a sidewalk with flares and a porch that makes it stand out from all other homes in my development. Their finished work increased the value of my home with the design and layout.  One of Premier’s main project managers, Jordy, was a pleasure to work with, knows every aspect of the installation process and did a phenomenal job with craftsmanship as well as answering any questions I had throughout the process.  Another hard worker to mention was Jesús and he was part of the demolition and installment crew who was extremely polite, hard-working and had great attention to detail. This company has a skilled team who are the best in the business. I had zero issues with any process from start to finish and Premier Asphalt and Concrete did an excellent job with brush lines, curves, grading and design layout that most other concrete companies in central Ohio do not focus on specializing nor do they have the experience to do as I have seen many other companies’ work throughout my development that did not come close to the craftsmanship of Premier Asphalt and Concrete.  The cleanup was impressive in that my yard and area by my home in the road looked as clean when the job was done than before they started.  The entire team was extremely responsive to calls, emails and questions throughout the entire process and I have received many compliments from my neighbors of the work done.  The care and passion to detail this company has makes me a lifetime customer in that if I ever have a need for additional work to be done for a patio or other area that Premier specializes in, I would absolutely hire Premier Asphalt and Concrete without hesitation.
